I found these ‘store fronts’ at a yard sale, made boxes out of cedar fence boards then decorated them with items from my box of ‘bird house bits’ that I’ve collected for years. Many items are from yard sales and second hand stores, even the Habitat for Humanity store. The only ‘new’ item is the dog drawer pull which was the inspiration for the house for my next door neighbour and her Westie.
