At the beginning of my maternity leave I decided I was going to make all of my Christmas cards and gifts for this year. This is a sample of one of the cards I did, as I have many. The inspiration for this one came from Pinterest. I freehand draw with pencil and then traced over it with my Faber-Castell pens.

Materials

• Pre-foiled card ( came in a box set)
• Pencil
• Faber-Castell pen, black, "S"
• Faber-Castell pen, silver, 1.5

How to make it

Step 1: Trace or freehand draw the desired outline or words in pencil.

Step 2: Once you are satisfied with your pencil drawing, outline image in the marker colour of your choice.

Step 3: Using a metallic marker or paint, add some dots for embellishment.
