Spring is coming and a shopping tote is very inspiring while browsing for new home decor. Each flower was designed and crafted from soft pure wool and wool blend felt. Every design was carefully hand cut, painted and sewn to give the flowers a more natural look. The best part was when all finished flowers had to be arranged and attached to the tote to give it a fresh, airy look. As a final touch, a few crystal beads where sewn to give the tote a bit of a glow.

How to make it
Step 1: DESIGN all flowers and leaves in a plain paper sheet.
Step 2: CUT. Transfer all designs into freezer paper and press over the felt sheets with a mildly heated iron. Cut all flowers and leaves.
Step 3: COLOUR the flowers and leaves with food colour to give them a natural look.
Step 4: ASSEMBLE the flowers and sew them to the tote. Optional step, sew a couple of crystal beads.
