Spring is in the air and it’s time to start thinking about plants! Succulents are a super cute and easy plant to work with – and mason jars make an excellent planter for them. Here are our Top 5 favorite succulent mason jar planters! Get inspired and fill your home with your own succulent mason jar gardens.

A great combination of old and new – transform your jar with vintage images and a vintage spoon to hang it. This planter has a very chic yet rustic look, which would look great outside. We can totally picture this hanging on a porch or in a backyard during a party on a hot summer night!

The first thing that really stands out when you see these succulent pots is the gorgeous colors. Nothing says spring like pastels! The other great part about them is the beautiful details on the jars. They are definitely inspiring us to go antiquing for mason jars!

Obviously the standout piece on these mason jar planters are the birds (cut out from a French book!). If you wanted to switch things up a bit, you could cut out of a bunch of different animals and make a small zoo!
4. Macrame Mason Jar Hanging Planter

Here is another neat way to hang your mason jar planter. The best part about this tutorial is that it includes simple instructions for the macrame as well (made with twine). Regardless of your skill level, this could be hanging on your porch in no time!

Okay – so these aren’t quite mason jars but this DIY project was just way too adorable not to include. We think that everyone needs to cover their fridge in these!
