In an effort to embrace a less wasteful, more natural lifestyle I started making my own personal care products. Word got out and now, I teach workshops through my community’s Continuing Education department! We call the workshop series “Lotions, Potions & Balms”! Love it. The most popular products in my little line up are: Da Balm (for lips and more), Da Pits (deodorant), I’m a Softie (herbal tea lotion), Scrub Up (sugar scrubs and cubes), Smooth Operator (shave lotion). My favourite part is that it’s so easy and affordable to have great skin! Virtually all ingredients can be found at the grocery store. I also really love making seasonal products – which means foraging for seasonally available plants like dandelions and plantain… pesticide free of course! Every single reusable jarful, tin-ful and spritz-bottleful really is Made with Love by me!
