I found the doilies and stencils while cleaning out my craft supplies and wanted to figure out a way to make them work for this challenge. Then I saw the quote and thought it was perfect!

Materials

• Acrylic paint
• Stencils
• Sponge brush
• Paintbrush
• Mini doilies
• Scissors

How to make it

Step 1: Use the sponge brush or paintbrush and the stencil to paint your quote onto the apron.

Step 2: Cut the doilies into hearts.

Step 3: Place the doilies on the apron. You could also keep re-using the same doily instead of cutting out many.

Step 4: Use the sponge brush to paint around and on top of the doily.

Step 5: Repeat with as many colours as you want to use.

Step 6: Remove the doilies to see the design!
