An awesome way to use up all of those seasonal clementines!

Materials

• Blender
• 1/4 cup of sugar
• Zest from 2 clementines
• 1 oz vodka
• .5 oz Grand Marnier
• 2 tbs frozen orange juice
• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (vanilla yogurt is another option)
• 1/4 cup water

How to make it

Step 1: Mix together sugar & orange zest

Step 2: Rim the glass with juice from an orange wedge

Step 3: Dip in the sugar & orange zest mixture

Step 4: In a blender whip together: vodka, Grand Marnier, frozen OJ, vanilla ice cream, water
