Super easy-to-make homemade marshmallows!
- 10 sheets of gelatin
- 400g of sugar
- 2 egg whites
How to make it
Step 1: Soak the gelatin
Step 2: Melt the sugar up to 245°F
Step 3: Whisk the egg whites
Step 4: Next, slowly pour the melted sugar in with the egg whites
Step 5: Then add the softened gelatin
Step 6: Pour and spread the marshmallow into a buttered and sugared pan or mold
Step 7: Allow the marshmallow to set for 4-8 hours
Step 8: Cut into pieces and enjoy!
