How to make easy mushroom sauce- get those deep, earthy, woodsy tastes and create a versatile sauce that can be used for just about anything!
- Olive Oil
- 8 cups of mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of shallots
- 1/4 cup of parsley
- A heaping tablespoon of grain mustard
- 2 cups of broth
- 1 tablespoon of flour
How to make it
Step 1: Heat the pan add a little bit of butter for flavor and olive oil to sautee.
Step 2: Add in the mushrooms, shallots, parsley, a little salt and pepper to taste, the grain mustard, the broth, and the flour. Let this all simmer for a little bit
Step 3: Finishing touch- a bit of lemon zest
