How to make it
Step 1: You want it to have a tomato taste, but the backdrop is onions! Use spring onions, a shallot and bunching onions- chop them up cook them for about ½ hour
Step 2: Roast 4 tomatoes in the oven at 325 for 1 hour (double the amount of tomatoes to onions)
Step 3: Add some spices: ginger, coriander, cumin
Step 4: Cook on medium high for 1-2 hours
