Geometric Shapes from Craftivism

Squares & Diamonds Cat Silhouette Embroidery

Craftivism

Geometric shapes make a great pattern that can be turned into any embroidered silhouette! This little cat was made by first colouring a pattern onto graph paper; then I cut out a cat silhouette from the internet and traced it over (making adjustments where necessary for the pattern. Finally I embroidered it onto 16 count Aida cloth with blue and turquoise floss. It makes an adorable addition to any nursery, or a chic detail for a modern office!

Materials
