Bunting from Vintage Follie

Teacup Bunting

Vintage Follie

This project was inspired by my love of vintage and vintage tea parties. This bunting was made using a 3D Teacup die designed by Brenda Walton for Sizzix. Not only does this die make for great bunting but also as a beautiful table decoration for afternoon tea parties.

Materials

  • Sizzix Brenda Walton 3D Teacup Bigz Die
  • Sizzix Big Shot Die Cutting Machine
  • Double Sided Patterned Paper
  • Glue
  • Ribbon

How to make it

Step 1: Choose a patterned paper of your choice and die cut the teacup pieces through a die cutting machine.

Step 2: Carefully assemble and glue together each piece to make the teacup shape, including adding the handle to the side of the teacup.

Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2 multiple times until you have the desired number of teacups. Use ribbon to link the teacups by the handles until you reach your desired length.
