A perfect vinaigrette for any salad!

Materials

• White wine vinegar
• Oil
• Dijon mustard
• Salt
• Sugar
• Pepper
• Jar

How to make it

Step 1: In a jar, start by adding ⅓ white wine vinegar

Step 2: Add the oil leaving a bit of room to add the rest of the ingredients

Step 3: Add a giant teaspoon of dijon mustard

Step 4: Add a larger, coarser salt about ¼ teaspoon (as much or as little as you like!)

Step 5: A pinch of sugar

Step 6: A pinch of pepper

Step 7: Put the lid on and shake

Step 8: Most importantly- taste test!
